THERE ARE NO SUGGESTED RESULTS
The foundation is an Honorary Friend of Orfeón Donostiarra, an amateur choral ensemble that is more than a hundred years old and has made a prestigious reputa- tion for itself on the international choral scene.
Despite being forced to cancel the programme planned for 2020, the ensemble adapted its performances to the new public health measures. During the lockdown, several virtual concerts performed by the Orfeón and by the youth choirs Orfeoi Txiki and Orfeoi Gazte were held on social media and were very well received.
When the state of alarm came to an end, Orfeón Donostiarra participated in several concerts in strict compli- ance with the protocols imposed by the public health authorities.
At Christmas, it performed at five churches in San Sebastián. Alongside Pequeños Cantores, Orfeoi Txiki and Orfeoi Gazte, the ensemble also recorded a ver- sion of the carol Hator-Hator created by Xabier Sarasola, which is available on its YouTube channel.
