Transparency

Transparency is a central pillar of Fundación Banco Santander’s identity. For this reason, the foundation publishes up to date information about its governing and managing bodies, Code of Good Governance, measures to fight money laundering and terrorism funding, and documents concerning its annual accounts (audits and financial reports). 

Its activities are periodically evaluated by Lealtad Instituciones, an independent body accrediting good practices in the foundation sector. The reports produced by this organisation, which certify the foundation’s compliance with the principles of transparency, can be consulted on its website.
